In 2019, I was scammed in crypto about $500 worth of ETH. It meant a lot to me then. I was pained. In 2022/23, I lost 2 Bitcoin to an exchange swap on a self-proclaimed decentralized wallet. Fast forward to 2026, I have built a liquidity provision startup and Bitcoin mining firm that now offers free Bitcoin development and education training to over 5,000 Africans as a way of solving the problems I experienced and giving back to the community. The Bitcoin Development Bootcamp — Day 2 was a strong wrap to the event at the hub @blockhubafrica In partnership with @DigiOats, attendees experienced two days of intensive, hands-on workshops covering Bitcoin and Rust development, Bitcoin for business, security, self-custody, and education. Three participants stood out for their learning and contributions, with one receiving a hardware wallet from @Trezor It was a packed and impactful session! Kudos to the facilitators @herrytheeagle and @TechMaazi Bitcoin developers in Enugu are locked in!
My experience at @DigiOats MORE CITY Bitcoin education project, beyond Lagos, I have had the opportunity to attend the Ondo state Bitcoin development camp, but I wasn't chanced. Experiencing this one of Enugu state makes me more bullish on the influence of DigiOats to Bitcoin.
