@ForwardUntoSean @emmaslavin1 A functional Hundo typically has 14 HP IV’s and has the same HP with either 14 or 15. 14 Attack is not a functional Hundo. It’s still an Altaria. It’s not hitting hard no matter what. It has no raid relevance and its IV’s aren’t ideal for GL.

@CentroLeaks It’s like the move Thunder. It has a 75% accuracy but paired with rain dance the percentage goes up. Give your Pokemon a wide lens then the percentage goes up 10% making thunder possible a 85-90% hit

@JustaAFFF @CbuttyVGC That's the thing, burn would be the obvious counterplay but if you run facade the burn is going to work on your favor since facade ignores the attack drop from burn. So if you burn Feraligatr it would have a 252 dragon move with 0 drawback 😭
