@Luke_Maxxing It's such an interesting book. A lot of questionable things like the election or editing oversights, but WJW does *such* a great job carrying emotions and atmosphere. The scene where Luke & Mara reunite with Jacen still chokes me up whenever I think about it...

I really like Destiny's Way. Even though it hurts me personally that they make Traest Kre'fey kind of insane I actually really like how it addresses and argues against the "military is always right and politicians hold them back" attitude that's present in a lot of early NJO.

@RebelScum_MF Incidentally why Keyes' books have the best official depictions - Terese Nielsen based them on his input.
The more abstract art worked for the NJO sourcebook as an experimental art piece, but it *did* help poison the well of discussion surrounding the NJO series at large.

I think one of the main problems with the Vong is that they skipped the concept art process, all the Vong designs look like a bunch of visions that don't quite fit together. They would have benefited from some visual development, like the Nightsisters in The Clone Wars.
