Last Friday, we got back to placing track panels to the south-side of Hand Lane bridge! Using one of our flat wagons, we moved two more track panels that were stored on top of the running line in the platform. Lots more updates coming soon! 😁 🚂🚃🚃

@DoublemModels @qikipedia iirc, even before nationalisation, the brand did exist on information and advertising that covered all four of the big four. It was a pain putting all the company initials on a poster so they just used "British Railways" as short hand

Not long until the Statfold Spectale of Steam! A whopping 14 narrow gauge locos in steam across the weekend! I'll be back this year supporting the GVT Trust. Profits from my kits will be going to help the tramway. It's going to be a great event, I hope to see some of you there!

A 3rd kit joins the shop this week! An old kit in a new form, this little O&K style loco. The 1st version was made for the minitrix 060 chassis. Now, this new version replaces that for (who guessed) the ever classic Kato 109! 😂👍

@modiponi It could probably fit the original chassis with some modifications. I might make those changes to it if you're interested.

@DoublemModels Could this actually fit a Minitrains Baldwin Chassis if it was modified?? I am so close to getting up and dancing cause this is the best thing that could happen for an MSR modeler like me

I have a new kit for the shop! This is Albert. (Or my version at least). He's based on the Rev. Awdry's own Albert Mk2 from his Mid Sodor layout. I've tried to capture the essence of the original in my own little tramway version, I think I got pretty close! 😁

Some DoubleM Models bits I've upgraded my Pechot Bourdon and fitted it with dummy chassis. My idea with this fairlie is that it made its way to Britain for use in the UK. Hence, the British lamps and lack of a hose I plan on getting it proper running chassis eventually
