Sadly it’s been about 3 weeks and I still haven’t gotten a call from @MarriottBonvoy @Marriott about the terrible hotel experience in Birmingham. It’s also funny how they “couldn’t find my reservation in the system either” is what they claimed on here.

Well I sent @Marriott/ @MarriottBonvoy the information they requested but they want me to do their job instead of doing their due diligence. Just proves their lack of understanding and commitment of making sure their guest are in clean rooms. Still no phone call received.

Earlier this fall, I was heavy on Desoto. Felt like they had the best collection of skill talent across the state. The blowout loss to Duncanville pushed me off their scent a bit, and I picked Guyer today. Turns out I was foolish to let that happen. The Eagles are outstanding.
