Booked with @WestJet as I thought my status would be approved before the flight and I heard their Calgary lounge was great. Status didn't come through. Denied access to lounge even though I had valid @DragonPassInt. Reason given: Dragonpass was issued by @BMO. WTF? 2/3

@DragonPassInt vergonzosa la sala “VIP” del Aeropuerto de Cali, muelle internacional. Hora de almuerzo y solo habia 2 platos de sopa, el vino se acabo (eso sumado a que limitan a 2 copas por persona, pero ni siquiera alcanza para eso porque son 2 botellas al dia en sala).

@DragonPassInt would be great if I could use their service. Instead I have paid a $600 annual fee for a card which their IT department can't seem to offer a simple fix to why it won't register. 2 months and they offer no solutions. SHIT product.
