I don't know if Rep. Luna understands what's she's signed herself up for. The only way you escape this fight is by falling on her sword when it's done. I applaud going after government corruption but you then cannot go onto a 30+ year run as a congresswoman after you do that. The longevity is symptom of the rot and the only way to alleviate it is to not participate. The only way to legitimize this cleanse is to be included in the cleanse and that's a little sad because we probably need more people like her.

We're not a democracy. We're a constitutional Republic. The founding fathers had a disdain for mob rule and allowing the cities to vote for rural regions so they came up with this system to prevent that from happening. If you don't like that, that's cool. Then admit you don't like the foundational principles this country was founded on and change it the legal way and honestly.
