@SamHain31st One thing I noticed about Sonic in the early 3D era is as soon as Shadow showed up, they started sanding off Sonic's edgier aspects, probably to make Shadow look better by comparison. We went from to SA1s 'it doesn't matter' to Heroes 'WE CAN DO IT IF WE STICK TOGETHER'
