ATTN DRIVERS: The full closure of U.S. 395 in Mono County has been EXTENDED. The highway is now closed from State Route 203 at Mammoth Lakes to State Route 182 in Bridgeport due to whiteout conditions.

In school, like life,we get so busy we sometimes forget to do the little things. Superintendents make sure to appreciate leaders. Leaders appreciate teachers/ staff, and staff appreciate your students. Being positive & showing appreciation is key to a successful school culture.

Students know when a teacher is real. They have a radar for authenticity. * Admit when you've made a mistake * Say Thank You * Don't feel like you have to know it all * Listen to them/ ask them about their interests * Use humor/ stories * Let them know/ see you really care
