@Amit_Cellbio @pj_saez @cellcommlab @focalplane_jcs 2/2: We use ImageLock plates (96 wells) from Sartorius which improve repositioning in IncuCyte. However, CellTraxx has a routine to align images, and unless very large reposition mistakes have happened during imaging, it should work with normal plates as well (including 24-wells)

@Amit_Cellbio @pj_saez @cellcommlab @focalplane_jcs 1/2: The cell segmentation of CellTraxx is optimized using images taken with Incucyte using the 10x objective. The segmentation is based on dark spots in the cells and increasing the resolution might reduce the quality of the segmentation as the cells contain more details.
