@Amit_Cellbio@pj_saez@cellcommlab@focalplane_jcs 2/2: We use ImageLock plates (96 wells) from Sartorius which improve repositioning in IncuCyte. However, CellTraxx has a routine to align images, and unless very large reposition mistakes have happened during imaging, it should work with normal plates as well (including 24-wells)
@Amit_Cellbio@pj_saez@cellcommlab@focalplane_jcs 1/2: The cell segmentation of CellTraxx is optimized using images taken with Incucyte using the 10x objective. The segmentation is based on dark spots in the cells and increasing the resolution might reduce the quality of the segmentation as the cells contain more details.
Great presentation by @EMHaugsten - an intro to rhabdomyosarcoma and interesting data acquired by new family-developed tool that automatically tracks moving cells in the dish. Exciting data and tool to all those studying cell migration and metastasis in cancer! @Wesche_Lab
The only aim of Russian missile strikes on Odesa is terror. Russia must be designated a state sponsor of terrorism and treated accordingly. No business, no contacts, no cultural projects. We need a wall between civilization and barbarians striking peaceful cities with missiles.

Summary: Strong #coronavirus measures today should only take a few weeks, there wouldn’t be a peak of infections afterwards, and it can all be done for a reasonable cost to society, saving millions of lives along the way.
