@ESB_Energy Hi. When i log in it says im on variable for electricity. I called this morning but i shouldnt be on variable. I should be on fixed one. My meter readings cant be added also. My account 225289231. Its been like since for month. I would like sort this out and money off my bill.

My God the @ESB_Energy cold caller team are incessant. Three knocks in one afternoon while I'm busy working and two this evening. That said, the guy I did speak to (number 5, let's call him) was very polite, even if the team cant take the hint.
