BREAKING ‼️ the Committee just released a bombshell report on the spread of antisemitism on American college campuses. The report found that weak leadership, radical faculty, activist student groups, and foreign funding are to blame. Read the report: edworkforce.house.gov/news/documents…

Parents deserve transparency, not secrecy. H.R. 2616 strengthens parental rights and ensures taxpayer dollars aren't funding radical ideology in schools behind parents' backs. Thank you @RepWalberg and @RepBurgessOwens for leading to protect parental rights and stop the indoctrination of our kids!
House Republicans@HouseGOP

Should a school be allowed to change your child’s name, pronouns, and bathroom access without telling you? Democrats say yes. Republicans just passed the Stopping Indoctrination and Protecting Kids Act to say NO.

So-called "affinity" graduations promote and reinforce division, instead of focusing on what a college graduation is really about—celebrating the hard work and community shared by every student. It's sad, but not surprising, our colleges have forgotten that.
The Will Cain Show@WillCainShow

.@willcain Calls Out ‘Affinity Graduations’ at Top Universities “Without the fancy language… what we see is segregated graduation.” From Yale to Columbia to USC, schools hosting specific group-based ceremonies are now facing growing backlash.

Civics education is fundamental to teaching students how our country works—and the core American values that define it, like free speech and self-determination. While Democrats attack the CHARLIE Act, @RepMarkHarrisNC explains why strong civics education matters for America’s future 🇺🇸

WATCH as @RepBurgessOwens discusses the CHARLIE Act, named after Charlie Kirk—a champion for free speech and civil debate in schools and on campus. The CHARLIE Act will restore civics education and ensure federal tax dollars aren't spent pushing radical, DEI ideology.

14(c) is about CHOICE. @RepGrothman's bill, the Restoration of Employment Choice for Adults with Disabilities Act, eliminates harmful government regulations and paves new opportunities for adults with disabilities to find dignified, fulfilling jobs.

If a child needs a permission slip signed to go on a field trip, a school should never think it has the right to socially transition that same child without informing his or her parents. Right now, according to @DefendingEd, more than 21,000 schools covering more than 12 million students have policies that prevent faculty and staff from disclosing a student's gender identity to his or her parents without that student's permission. That is simply unacceptable. Very grateful that the House passed my bill with @EdWorkforceCmte Chairman @RepWalberg.

Parents deserve honesty, not secrecy. Today, the House passed the bipartisan H.R. 2616, the Stopping Indoctrination and Protecting Kids Act, to restore transparency in K-12 schools, protect parents’ rights, and stop taxpayer dollars from funding radical ideological agendas in the classroom. Parents—not bureaucrats—know what’s best for their children. edworkforce.house.gov/news/documents…

Ahead of its passage, I spoke on the House floor in support of the Stopping Indoctrination and Protecting Kids Act because our children deserve an education focused on reading, writing, critical thinking, and the skills they need to succeed — not political agendas. @EdWorkforceCmte

As the husband and father of teachers, I hear firsthand that too many students feel college is their only path after high school. The Working Families Tax Cuts help expand access to job training and workforce opportunities that lead to good-paying careers and brighter futures.
U.S. Department of Education@usedgov

For too long, students were told a four-year degree was the only path to success. The new Workforce Pell Grant changes that. Soon, low-income students can use federal student aid for job training programs leading to in-demand careers with less debt and faster pathways to work, in as little as 8 weeks.

Antisemitism, like any kind of hateful discrimination, has no place in medicine. @RepFine called out a Florida dentist for publicly spreading antisemitic rhetoric and said plainly: someone pushing hate should not be entrusted with patient care. Even the Democrat-invited witness agreed.

Parents don’t lose their rights at the schoolhouse door. The Stopping Indoctrination and Protecting Kids Act restores transparency and puts parents back in the driver’s seat by preventing taxpayer dollars from going toward schools that hide information from families or push radical gender ideology on children.
House Committee on Education & Workforce@EdWorkforceCmte

For years, parents have been brushed aside as bureaucrats pushed radical, left-wing ideology in schools without parents' knowledge. That's why Chairman @RepWalberg and @RepBurgessOwens are leading to protect parental rights, increase transparency, and stop taxpayer-funded indoctrination in classrooms. WATCH Chairman Walberg speak on H.R. 2616, Stopping Indoctrination and Protecting Kids Act, on the House Floor ⤵️ edworkforce.house.gov/news/documents…
