@SamaHoole You're off by about 100 years. You're describing the 1980's American diet. Not the 1880's.

The standard American farm breakfast in 1880 went roughly as follows. Bacon. Multiple rashers, fried in its own fat. Eggs. Usually four or five, cooked in the bacon fat. Fried potatoes. Also in the bacon fat. There was a lot of bacon fat. Biscuits with butter and sometimes additional bacon fat. Sausage, if it was available, which it usually was. Ham, if the sausage situation was lean, which it usually was not. Buttermilk. Cream. Occasionally, for variety, a slab of pie left over from the previous night. This was the meal a man ate at five in the morning before doing ten hours of manual agricultural labour. The same breakfast, in roughly the same proportions, appeared in farm cookbooks across New England, the Midwest, and the South for nearly a century. The people eating it, when they survived childhood infectious disease, routinely lived into their seventies and eighties. They worked physically until they could not. They died, mostly, of what was then called old age. Heart disease was so rare in 1880 that it was not a notifiable category. The cardiologist as a profession did not meaningfully exist. Angina was a curiosity. Heart attacks were described in medical journals as rare events worth writing up. By 1960, after half a century of declining animal fat intake and rising seed oil consumption, coronary heart disease had become the leading cause of death in the United States. The bacon did not do it. The bacon was there the whole time.

Born here? So what. That feeble bleat “I was born on these islands, you can’t deport me”is the desperate shield of those who never truly belonged. English soil does not confer English soul. Birth certificates do not override blood, heritage, loyalty, or the ancient right of a people to secure their homeland for their own. The natives of England and these isles come first. Everyone else who turns against us has no permanent claim. The law is already on our side and can and will be wielded ruthlessly. Section 40 of the British Nationality Act 1981 empowers the Home Secretary to deprive any British citizen of their status if it is “conducive to the public good.” This applies to the UK-born as much as the naturalised, especially dual nationals, who inherit their parents’ foreign passports by descent. anyone whose actions threaten the vital interests of the United Kingdom: stripped. No longer “British” Deportable. Gone. You’re going home. Recent tightening, the 2022 Nationality and Borders Act and the 2025 measures on appeals, has closed the loopholes. Statelessness is no barrier where another nationality is available, which it almost always is for the offspring of mass migration. Courts have upheld it. Precedent is there. The machinery exists. We do not owe perpetual sanctuary to those who repay our ancestors’ generosity with contempt, division, and violence against the host population. England is not a hotel. These islands were built by our people, for our people. Birth on the wrong side of history changes nothing. When loyalty fails, citizenship fails with it. No more weakness dressed as fairness. England awakens. Our country, our rules.

I'm delighted to welcome Councillor Roger Tarrant to Restore Britain - previously Reform's deputy leader on Cornwall Council. We have a strong presence in Cornwall already, and Roger's experience will be a huge plus for us. A businessman and a patriot. Just what Britain needs!

Reform UK have put forward nearly 5000 candidates on May 7th Advance UK 9. Restore Britain 0. There is only 1 party that is serious about defeating Labour and the Tories.

The whole point about free speech is the right to insult. The second you insist social norms are observed, free speech dies. @Nigel_Farage does not understand this. Neither does he understand that without @X, there would be no @reformparty_uk or British right wing. We would have been cancelled. Keep insulting!

This is a real leader, Nigel calling out all the racist abuse our ethnic minority candidates are being subjected to. Since Rupert set up Restore Britain, X has definitely become a darker place, Rupert has given these people a platform and voice to spew their hatred, not just to our candidates, but to us Reform supporters.. Retard, Spastic, Cu*t, window licker, slag, moron, thicko, muslim lover, and so on.. and this was just over the last two days, from grown men.. GROWN ADULT MEN saying these things because we support Reform.
🇬🇧UKJ0N🇬🇧@ukJ0N

Nigel Farage has rightly called out the racist abuse Reform candidates have been receiving on X in the run-up to the local elections. The lack of media condemnation is glaring, simply because they are Reform candidates. Double standards at their worst. @Nigel_Farage #ReformUK #StopRacistAbuse #BritainFirst #LocalElections

It’s not the roads. It’s the selfish animals driving on them. Most drivers see a traffic jam. Germans see a moral responsibility. This is the Rettungsgasse. Under German and Austrian law, you don’t wait for the ambulance to appear in your rearview mirror. You don't wait for the screaming sirens. The very second traffic slows down, the "emergency corridor" must open. The left lane hugs the left. Everyone else moves right. Failure to do this isn’t just a "mistake." It’s a €320 fine and an immediate license suspension. But the law isn't the point, the culture is. They understand that the "center" of the road doesn't belong to them. It belongs to the person who is currently fighting for their last breath. It’s a 40% increase in survival rates because paramedics don't have to fight through a wall of selfish steel.

@GrgiekbltVT @NikTek This propaganda has been around to dissuades whites from having children since I was a child. It has no affect on me anymore. Money is material, family is spiritual.

If Capcom's goal with Pragmata was to make everyone who plays this game want to be a parent, then they've done an amazing job. I always sit back when Diana starts playing and think to myself "so this is what is like having a daughter" She's so cute

@NikTek There is a lot of crying, running of emotions, throwing things on the floor, nappies and being up at 3am. There's also games of chase, smiles seeing you, pointing at everything they recognise and saying what it is, hugs and silliness.

I used to be critical of Europe’s excessive regulations, but I’ve grown quite fond of them I’m glad our food isn’t loaded with 50 toxic or carcinogenic ingredients, that I can charge all my devices with a single cable, that my products last longer, and that they’re designed to be easily repaired People outside of Europe can talk all the shit they want about the EU, but improving quality of life for the average consumer is a huge W in my book
Pirat_Nation 🔴@Pirat_Nation

Starting in 2027, smartphones sold in the European Union will be required to have user-replaceable batteries designed for greater durability and more charging cycles. Manufacturers must also provide spare parts and repair manuals for at least 10 years after a model is released. This is real pressure against planned obsolescence. It should mean phones that actually last longer, cheaper fixes, and a lot less electronic waste piling up. About time.

Something very sick happened to society in over the course of the last 10 or so years where a piece of media can come out featuring "gruff older man protecting surrogate child," which is ONE OF THE OLDEST CLICHES IN STORYTELLING, and the online discussion is about how "men are creepy and want to fuck the child,"... The Last of Us, which featured this exact same dynamic, absolutely did not have people talking like this, you all need to find Jesus I swear....

Young girls dragged off streets and raped. Pensioners beaten in their homes. Knife crime exploding. This is what the establishment calls “diversity.” A Reform Government will DEPORT EVERY LAST ILLEGAL MIGRANT. No appeals. No loopholes. No more luxury hotels at our expense. Every single one, out. Britain’s borders will be closed, our streets will be safe, and our people will come first. How could you not vote for that?
