@BananasComment1 @UnnecRoughness JMU paid the NCAA $5,000 NDSU paid the NCAA 5 million. JMU paid 1.25 million exit fee, NDSU paid 12.5 million entry fee. So yes, times have changed just a little bit. Different circumstances deserve different outcomes
