Spent the day at Southeastern University attending the North Oaks Trauma Symposium. Great speakers and was nice to hear Dr. David Yu speak on the topic of pediatric trauma.

Shored, ready to spin! This creole cottage is one of, if not the oldest residential buildings in this area of New Orleans. It is believed to have been constructed during the 1830s and was expanded in the 1850s! @chnola @PRCNO @EDR_Design @nolacampanella

@whitworth_benj @CHNOLA Children’s is the best place for kids to receive care. That is our specialty and we are continuing to provide top quality care and that is what kids deserve. A privilege to be a member of such a great team.

As a parent, I had a similar experience (b4 I started at @chnola). Went to an urgent care, and once we got seen by the doctor, he told us he couldn't stitch up kids, and to go to the Children's hospital in town. Ask your provider if/where they received their pediatric training!

Child passenger safety fitting station ⁦@CHNOLA⁩ inspected and installed 19 seats today. Thank you Krista, Denise, Adrian, and Kelley for your participation and we set our new record of 19 total seats. That is amazing and the community appreciates the free service.
