@AirtelNigeria I think it’s high time @AirtelNigeria ceased being a telecommunication company(internet provider) and start selling snails🐌. Imagine paying for 50Mbps(ODU unlimited) & getting this!! I’ve switched network mode many times. I still had to post this using another network entirely.

I no even use a second phone or my laptop today nor did I hot-spot anyone today you guys should do better @AirtelNigeria

@AirtelNigeria @ConsumersNCC So if i didn’t copy @ConsumersNCC and their swift response u wont have responded. U short changed me , gave me data far below what I paid for and kept quiet for 2wks . I’m sure if u lent me that amt of money on ur Smartcash , u will collect it with interest.

@NgComCommission @AirtelNigeria Good day. Airtel has not resolved the issue still. They sent a mail on Sunday stating they raised a ticket on my issue for a site visitation and drive test. However, they’ve still not visited nor reached out to provide further assistance.

@AirtelNigeria please I just found out there are two extra airtel numbers registered under my nin and I didn't do any of that, pls how can I remove such numbers frm being attached to my nin?

If there was a transaction/transfer error in the GTWorld app, I could easily report it right there in the app. Where did that feature go @gtbank @gtbank_help because I need to resolve a transfer issue ASAP? I can't find my way around the online banking and email channels either

@cenbank please ask @gtbank_help How long it takes to reverse a failed transfer? I did a card transfer and it failed, since Saturday and gtbank has not reverse my money, what's going on in Nigeria?
