@emirates kindly explain the cancellation of flight on 24/9/22 EK010 from Gatwick to dubai , we were trapped for 5 hours without food and drinks in airport . Hotels messed up transport messed up .

@Buydipshortvix I’m so sorry that you were also involved! I am surprised as I had thought emirates was previously a good airline. are you also staying at the Heathrow hotel? Have you heard any information on shuttles back to Gatwick?

we’ve contacted customer support who have told us they are unable to assist us in getting back to Gatwick airport. Not only will we have no time to sleep here after a sleepless night, we have to make our way back to somewhere we just came from??? I’m furious #emirates

@emirates #emirates have been useless tonight - it’s 3am at Gatwick airport and we’ve been waiting 5 hours with no information, no food, only bottles of water offered very late. flight time keeps updating, and then only now we’re notified that it will be cancelled.. not good
