I do think Ja Morant is a very likely option for Minnesota. If he can get back old form and you insert Naz into the 4 spot, I don’t mind that lineup. Would love to get Cam Spencer back in a deal. Randle and Donte would be the most likely package.

Wizards star Trae Young plans to decline his $48.97 million player option for the 2026–27 season to become a FA on Monday, sources. Washington remains the front runner for the four-time NBA All-Star as he loves the team and DC, but he still expects multiple team max interest.

I do think Ja Morant is a very likely option for Minnesota. If he can get back old form and you insert Naz into the 4 spot, I don’t mind that lineup. Would love to get Cam Spencer back in a deal.

One prospect who I continue to love for Minnesota is Arkansas freshman Meleek Thomas. A 41.6% three point shooter this season and a great secondary creator + high defensive motor. Measured 6'3 at the combine.
