Congratulations to Gabbie Gliatta on being named to the GACA/GBCA All-State Team! She capped off an outstanding career with 3 region titles, a Sweet 16, 2 Final Fours, and a Class AAAAAA runner-up. She’s one of the best to play for the Lady Raiders!

Most people know that the physical aspect of training is crucial, but the mental aspect is too often overlooked by parents & players when it comes to playing time. Practice doesn’t just display skill & physical ability, it displays IQ, the mental maturity, & can you be trusted as well. Good coaches aren’t going to “give out chances”, when records, standings, & games are on the line. Practice is where you earn your chance & build trust. If you want more minutes, improve your performance at practice.
