Happy Dead Week!! Our girls have put a ton of work in this summer. We have had 2 open gyms a week, with lifting 4 days a week and were a part of 2 summer leagues. Due to our floors getting done early we had sand open gym this week. We are psyched for the season to start! #gk

We had the opportunity to learn from THE Jess Schaben Lansman today! After couple state championships in HS, playing at the D1 level at ISU and LSU and lastly playing for Omaha Supernovas, it’s safe to say we learned a thing or 2 today. Thank you Jess!!
