@Muppetiers What if we crawl over the line and get UCL but performances stay bad?

Good to see the answer from Ornstein, much more in line with everything I’ve heard. Plenty of checks and inquiries to representatives have gone in on coaches. Quite a few resulting in being struck from the list. But there remains some coaches with eyes on them, and the performances and results over the next few weeks could change the landscape. Each game good or bad is a part of Carricks case for the job vs alternatives.

I went down the rabbit hole on creatine and a lot of these “health” powders… and yeah, most people don’t realize how LAB-heavy the process is.
Cyanamide, reactions, purification… this isn’t some scoop of nature or direct from meat. It’s a deeply manufactured isolate.
Same with a lot of magnesium forms and other supplements. Stripped, processed, repackaged, then sold to the U.S. suppliers from china back as “optimal health”.
Meanwhile… you can get creatine from real food. Red meat, sardines, whole sources your body recognizes.
I’m not saying it doesn’t work. I’m saying it’s OVERHYPED.
People skip the basics… REAL food, digestion, sunlight… and jump straight to powders.
The issue isn’t one compound. It’s the mindset of outsourcing health to isolates instead of building it naturally.
