So many athletes/coaches/parents immediately go to adjustments in mechanics after a bad AB. The first 2 questions should always be 1.Did I swing at the right pitch? 2.Was I on time? If the answer is no to either of those questions, the rest simply DOES NOT MATTER!

What if metrics & eval scores WEREN’T for leader boards? What if there was a COMPREHENSIVE evaluation/combine offered to ALL players from any club? Players leave with an outline of their strengths & weaknesses and suggested drills and workouts to improve.
