Working! School ball officially ended this past weekend. The SCISA North/South All-Star game was so fun to participate in and I was presented my All-Region award. Now time to get tuned up and tournament ready. First tournament this weekend! Working on closing my shoulder off and my direction when slapping. So excited to announce that I was selected as a Region 2-AAA All-Region player!
This weekend we played up again at the PGF GA State Championship. Not the finish we wanted but got great reps and learning opportunities. I made adjustments coming from the last couple of tournaments at the plate and batted .800. In the field I made a couple deep fly ball catches and overall a good defensive tournament. My team dropped our first playoff game 7-6 but we battled hard to come back within one run! Back at it tomorrow! I had a great day at the plate going 4-4 with 3 singles and one double, with one ball hitting off the outfield fence! Started the game yesterday with a stand up triple on the first pitch. Ended up 3 for 4 with 3R. Important game moved us from 7 to 5 seed for the playoffs, team is coming together strong and getting hot at the right time. @NightmaresNew @hittingcoachJ @CareySeaHawks @softballhype

Traveled up to Blue Ridge this past weekend for a lesson with @hittingcoachJ. We worked on staying directional and getting my bat into fair territory with my slap, and softening my bunts. Starting to see growth in my swing away! @SBRRetweets @ExtraInningSB @DirectRecruits
