🚨#BREAKING: I have obtained footage of the "teen fight" in Nashville TN that led to 12-year-old Damarion Morehead being shot in the head. It appears from the footage that Devin Orr, the 24-year-old sh00ter, began punching one of the teens and a brawl ensues. Devin is outnumbered and the "teens" gang up on him and are "winning" the fight. Devin then appears pulls out a gun from his waistband. Everyone flees and runs away and it looks to me that shots are fired while all the "teens" are running away. One of those bullets hits 12-year-old Damarion Morehead in the head, k*lling him. It also appears that Devin has been arrested multiple previous times...

Entertainment District Unit officers Sunday at 7:30 pm responded to shots fired in the area of Rep. John Lewis Way & Deaderick St. They located a critically injured 12-yr-old male victim with a gunshot wound to his head at Union Terrace. Involved persons who were detained told detectives that a group of individuals met there for a fight. During the melee, shots were fired. Anyone with information about the gunman is asked to call 615-862-8600.

However, in February 2026, a federal judge ordered Bledsoe to show cause regarding what the court described as a “hallucinated case citation” and alleged mischaracterizations contained in a legal filing. The judge raised concerns about possible misuse of artificial intelligence in the filing and considered sanctions. Public reports later indicated that Bledsoe apologized and avoided sanctions. 🔹 Russell Wilson II is a veteran appellate attorney. At the time of this post, I have found no public disciplinary history associated with him through publicly available records. 🔹 Brooke Cluse joined Ben Crump Law in 2023 and serves as Chief of Staff and Executive Liaison to nationally known attorney Ben Crump. The future of the FedEx St. Jude Championship in Memphis may be in jeopardy. The PGA Tour announced a major shakeup and revamped 2028 schedule that creates two series. Daily Memphian reports that Memphis was not listed as a definite site and FedEx was not mentioned in the press release. The Daily Memphian reports the new PGA Tour model is scheduled to begin in 2028 with roughly 15 tournaments that will be make up the “Championship Series” and 20 lesser events that will be called the “Challenger Series.” GolfWeek reports: "Shaking up the playoffs, which may include shrinking to two events, will include some venue shifts – from Memphis for the FedEx St. Jude Championship, rotating venues and cities for the BMW Championship and Atlanta for the Tour Championship – with hopes of adding a big west coast finale for bigger TV ratings." The golf tournament generates as much as $100 million for Memphis and Shelby County. See less

In January 2025, Governor Bill Lee called a special session of the Tennessee legislature with the goal of passing a statewide school choice program. What emerged instead was the Education Freedom Scholarship Act, signed into law on February 12, 2025. The program provides roughly $7,300 per student for families to use at private schools.
School choice is the broader idea that parents should be able to choose the best school for their child — whether that’s public, charter, private, or homeschool. Vouchers are just one tool to make that possible.
While President Trump has long supported school choice, many Tennesseans are left asking: What was Brent Taylor thinking?
The bill he voted for was poorly written from the start. It was deliberately broad and religion-neutral, with almost no curriculum oversight, no academic standards, and no real guardrails. Any private school that met basic state approval could participate.
As a direct result, Tennessee taxpayer dollars are now funding Muslim schools.
This is not what real school choice should look like. Charlotte Bergmann strongly supports giving parents real school choice, but there must be clear boundaries. Taxpayers should never be forced to fund schools that teach values completely opposed to American and Tennessee values.
Choice without boundaries is a bad idea. Brent Taylor voted for this poorly written bill, and now the consequences are clear.
Charlotte Bergmann is clearly the better choice. Send me to Washington and I won’t make these kinds of mistakes.
