I’ve been trading on the chain since day one, even buying the first coin there, $BALD, back when you had to bridge through etherscan. Base is home for fundamentals. Why most Web3 games struggle: 1️⃣ Distribution is the real bottleneck. Chains, wallets & HTML5 never matched the reach of App Store / Google Play. 2️⃣ Acquiring non-crypto users is insanely expensive. 3️⃣ Retention is harder: misaligned incentives, weak gameplay, short-term financial loops (CC @whatslukedoing thoughts leadership article). Roblox proved it: scale came after mobile distribution (2012), not from tech alone. Distribution comes before ecosystems.
