Pub 3239, Fire Station, Whitley Bay. A 9.5/10 carpet is the highlight of a Spoons where extractor fan and bloke who got scammed by a Turkish man (not our owner probably) compete for noise. This ESB can be better. One pub til 72% up.

@chilternrailway I'm booked on the 1254 but bizarrely when I put my journey into national rail for today it doesn't even appear. Does that mean it's cancelled? (Might actually be better to list it as cancelled on the app tbh)

Chiltern Railways’ customers are advised that a reduced service will be in operation today (Friday 14 November) due to heavy rainfall expected throughout the day.
Weather warnings have been issued and a limited service will be in operation on Friday until Saturday (15 November). Trains which are running are expected to be busier than usual and journey times will be increased.
