The US can and must do an inventory of all birthright-tourist and birthright-illegal alien parent babies and provide Americans with this data going back 25 years.
Birth certificates must be regulated by the Federal government due to the defrauding of the system.
Births should be registered same day with federal agency - the name and citizenship of parents must be required on birth records. Other data in the system should be social security number of parents, nationality, address and other data needed to verify the status of persons born in the US.
We have 1Million communist Chinese births in the US who gi immediatelt back to China to be raised and educated. They can come to America and vote when they reach adulthood.
