@amenorochi @Lunay678 Game is “easier” cause we can aim but they are increasing monster HP to compensate for that so hunt times on average take a while to your first couple of clears, leading to more time for mistakes. Clutch claw was mandatory late game so no it wasn’t “just an addition”

@Lunay678 they trying to cook you, but you 100% right.
CC is very much dog, but its still something on top of gameplay, focus is just a form of sanding down said gameplay. A bad addition will always be better than a bad change in the core function, esp if the change makes the game easier.

By far the worst addition to the series as of yet and can't imagine something topping it ever.
The truest testament to the series' future. I'll gladly miss out on the next installment(s) if it in any way shape or form returns.

@Lunay678 @BakedDChromo Clutch craw has nothing to do with more HP. It had everything to do it beign a mandatory gimmick to make WEX work and interrupt the flow of combat, something that isnt happening with Focus Mode. You're straight up lieing here.

@_Kozako @RedLineRemnant @arturontheradio The fact that you are locked in place and have to sit with that choice for a few seconds on some weapons is a clunky mechanic, just cause you like it doesn’t mean it isn’t

@_Kozako @RedLineRemnant @arturontheradio Aim properly in this context is to look in the direction of a monster an hope it doesn’t move at all. I don’t know why yall are so but hurt over having an optional button to aim, you could do something similar in old games by tapping the target button but this is too far

Also, at least from my experience, they kinda suck. Knowing your way around the map, you can outrun them. it was very common for me when answering SOS requests.

Everytime I see someone bitching about mounts in rise/wilds I just think about the soul healing experience of spending 5min running from camp to 6 or 8 to see the rathalos/teostra fly away somewhere you dont know because you couldnt paintball

@KioreKiwi @Hinahaii I did, played through the whole game and liked using the mounts to find the monster if I didn’t know where it was

@KioreKiwi @Hinahaii The mounts in world also has auto track too, it’s not a wilds exclusive thing. I would also like to add that in old games the loading zones also made up a lot of time as tracking the went on. Over all the previous systems they had were clunky. There’s a reason they moved on.

@Fewstick @Hinahaii This might shock you but because the zones are way larger in Wilds (too fucking big), it takes just as long to reach the monster. Wilds' band aid fix was giving the seikrets autopilot so you can scroll your phone instead of interacting with the map or learning to route or gather

@learning_yohei Luckily “How are you” is pretty simple, you either say “good, how are you?” Or can use it as a way to drive the conversation in a way you want it to go like inviting them out to eat or something if you know the person.

@Hinahaii World didn't have mounts either and it was completely fine to traverse. Nobody is saying it should be like the old games but there's no denying that mounts did affect the level design in a negative way

@KioreKiwi @Hinahaii The person was talking about how long it used to take to get to an area not finding the monster. They said remember how much of a pain it was to run from camp to zone 6 to then find the Rathalos you were hunting already flying away.

@MtGardenMama @Cpt_TAKAHASHI Unfortunately they are drowned out by the ones that people see as problematic. Same thing happens in Texas where I live, same with places all over the world. People are sharing their experiences and you saying “yeah it’s terrible here 🙄” is feeding into that reason
