Another joyful outcome from my marathon call with @VirginAustralia : "Guest Relations at Virgin do not take customer calls". Seriously. Apparently they're too busy dealing with online feedback form complaints and emails. Can't imagine why...

On phone to @VirginAustralia for 1hr, 27mins. Argued my case to 2 different people. 1 flight refunded (6 hour scheduled time change = can't use flight). 2nd flight is not refundable because it wasn't changed by them. BUT IT'S THE OUTBOUND FLIGHT FOR THE SAME TRIP.
