@chi_angry Hi there, thanks for getting in touch. For security purposes, you need to call our team on 0800 634 7476 and they will be able to update your two-step verification device for you. Our lines are open from 9am to 5pm Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday, and 10am to 5pm Wednesday (GMT).

@StandardLifeUK I really feel you should look more deeply into your brands. I have sent 3 messages on the Phoenix Life website and not one reply. I have had to ring 3 times only to be no further forward. It is truly disgusting treatment of a customer @Standardlifeuk .

@StandardLifeUK 2 questions: 1. When does everyone want to check their pension account? 2. Why does Standard Life always take its systems down for ‘essential maintenance’ at weekends and all weekend? Come on guys this is not good service in 2025! Why can’t you do your ‘essential maintenance’ in the wee small hours - like most other major companies - and when no one should be checking their account anyway!
