sent @ReAssure my ID video on Feb 6th. It took them 2.5 months to tell me they ‘couldn’t open’ a standard mp4 file. They also completely ignored the fact that I was busy rescuing a dog from the meat trade that day. Absolutely pathetic service. 🐾⏳ #ReAssure #CustomerServiceFail

@StandardLifeUK Be careful giving standard life your money, you will be asked to prove where it came from and when you protect other peoples names on a Will for instance under data protection, they will reject it. This is illegal.
