There is a lifetime mortgage on the property. I have 11 months to sell it or pay it off via other means before they execute a possession order. No flexibility, no deal to be had. Even if I pay 99% of it off leaving a balance of say £100. They will still repossess it.

@KelvinEHughes Hi Kelvin, we are not aware of any issues with our online journeys at the moment. Can you try logging onto the website to see if this resolves the issue. You could also try deleting the app and downloading the most up to date version to see if this rectifies the issue.
