Today (28 March). Dinner time: xhslink.com/o/9OvmSDbWIQm Punch cried out loud 🥺. According to the poster, he was chased and beaten by a big monkey and then hid inside the room to avoid the monkey. Later when it's dinner time , Shikano noticed. He stopped, called Punch, and signaled him to jump to Shikano 😭❤️. Punch immediately jumped and hugged Shikano tightly 🫶. He then put Punch on his shoulder while Punch was still crying. Punch's face turned so red too 🥺. Guess he also lost the appetite cause he only took some bites (although it's his fave food) and then continued to hug Shikano tightly. In the end without trying to put Punch down, Shikano directly brought him inside. Thank you, Shikano, for calming helping Punch, calming him, and put him on your shoulder 🫶. 🎥: pupil1415 Threads

Always makes me think.. How many times.. How many times over have we done this.. How many times over have people been advanced and erased.. We've made so much progress in recent times it's hard to imagine what stories we could know if the ancients could talk.. What kind of technology existed at prior points The human mental capacity has been about the same for a pretty long time

No amount of knob turning on DaVinci Resolve will turn the thing on the left into the thing on the right. The reason it used to look good is not the grading, but the actual work that the cinematgrapher is supposed to do, which is placing lights on the scene. The "cinematic" look of that era came from what was directly captured on film. The set had sophisticated light placement to be able to impress on film but also because each shot had to look pretty and clear. They don't do this in series and large productions because they can just add fake lights on post and they don't care, cause people are gonna watch it anyway with HDR on and all that crap. Your movie will never look good if you don't craft lighting like an artist on set

Today some monkeys bullied Punch, making him scream. Although they didn't do anything harm to him. IMO, they were just like wanna show they have power & their rank,something like,"We are strong here, don't mess with us." Good to see a monkey saw & hugged him. 🎥: ticklemynippon

Initial exposure is indeed important but as a retired colorist from the 90's and 2000's, I have to say most colorists today are utterly useless. It's possible to make any modern digital shot look like a 90's movie using very basic tools. Take this example from the new Harry Potter HBO series. The right is the original, left my grade. Edited in the iPhone photos app using only exposure adjustments and no filters and no saturation slider increase.
