Update on @VerizonSupport so they just told me they cannot issue me a credit until they file a lost package with UPS. I asked how this is my problem when they sent me the mailing slip and the slip account is under THEIR COMPANY. MAKE IT MAKE SENSE!!!! @Verizon sucks

@VerizonBusiness ABSOLUTELY SUCKS. I Hv CALLED 5 TIMES OPENED 5 TICKETS telling them I returned the phone in January with their box and label and its @UPS problem but after 2 months still haven't credit my account and just told me "OH just pay it and we'll figure it out later"

.@VerizonSupport let's see if this gets ur attention: .@UPS has ur package. Created a ticket in Jan and case is still open and u disconnected my phones so I PAY FOR A PHONE I RETURNED until ur "review" is done. Its APRIL! If businesses do this, they should be sued.
