@firstenergycorp A power outage began sometime around 6:30 pm on 6/15/2026 along Basil Drive in hermitage. The cause is shown to be inclement weather. It has been sunny today with no storms, rain or wind since before sunrise. Why is the outage blamed on inclement weather?

@firstenergycorp barely got any of this storm, but still have no power, yet across the street, less than 100ft away my neighbor does. WTF kind of grid do you have set up in Madison Ohio? No updates, no dispatch, you knew this storm was coming & you sat on your hands & waited.

@firstenergycorp after getting a smart meter I have had drop outs. A tech came and said they need to replace the socket Monday but now i have no power. I am running my property on my backup generator because there’s nobody to call for help because “customer service isn’t open”
