So I have a very good view on topics and can build my own mind and opinion. If you act like a monkey don't be surprised you get treated like that.

Remember, Binger was the lead prosecutor in the case, if he disagreed his assistant prosecutor he would have spoke up. Krauss represented the prosection's stance when he agreed it was legal. That was a blunt question.

At the end the judge even said he'll grant the defenses motion to dismiss the case if they measure the barrel unless the state agreed.

How does 941.28 trump 948.60 when its clearly illegal for him to own a firearm under the age of 18? but it doesn't matter since he was acquitted regardless of the prosecution arguing and the judge admitting the statute being outdate

Now he may have been in compliance with 941.28 but was WAY out of line with statutes 29.304 and 29.593 which are for hunting. if anything he violated those statutes...
