While at the same time Black pleaded no contest for the firearm. They cherry picked the statute and the judge let it fly. Meanwhile they went harder on younger kids with bb guns.

The court interpreted the statute, the prosecution conceded it was legal, and the lawmakers agreed.

Krauss represented the prosection's stance when he agreed it was legal. That was a blunt question.

At the end the judge even said he'll grant the defenses motion to dismiss the case if they measure the barrel unless the state agreed.

How does 941.28 trump 948.60 when its clearly illegal for him to own a firearm under the age of 18? but it doesn't matter since he was acquitted regardless of the prosecution arguing and the judge admitting the statute being outdate

Now he may have been in compliance with 941.28 but was WAY out of line with statutes 29.304 and 29.593 which are for hunting. if anything he violated those statutes...
