We’re slowly grinding toward the upside, which generally signals exhaustion, as we’re seeing long wicks and small body closes.
There are two possible scenarios here: Either we reject the 71.8k region and reverse back down, or we reclaim it and get a final exhaustion wick that sweeps the current highs around the 74k region.
As of now, it roughly appears to be forming a bearish breakaway candlestick pattern. We also have an imbalance around the 68k region, which is likely to get retested once bearish momentum starts to pick up again.
If we lose 68k, it opens the door for an extended move down toward the 65k region, where we have a major daily liquidity zone to the downside.

$BTC You can bid into a macro downtrend while delta’s green and distribution is happening… but I won’t. Anyone bidding is basically volunteering to be exit liquidity. Some people read the market. Others volunteer as liquidity for the people who actually know what they’re doing. 🫡 Someone’s getting carried out on a stretcher in the next few weeks or months once the hunt is finished.
