@FoodWarehouse need to have a word with your staff in Middlehaven store in Middlesbrough! Doesn’t close until 4pm yet a woman who works there is stood near the door telling people they can’t come in at 3:45pm cause it’s closed! I literally needed to grab 2 things! Awful attitude!

Very disappointing experience. The security guard repeatedly treats families with suspicion and even questioned whether I paid for my children’s toys in front of the cashier. When I complained, the store manager ignored my concerns and offered no apology. @FoodWarehouse

@FoodWarehouse why are you selling milk that has gone off but is still in date according to the labelling?? I purchased from your Hemel Hempstead store 2 days ago and best before date is 28 Oct. I already drank some but feel slightly sick. @playitsafefood

@FoodWarehouse I tried to pay using a 10% voucher on shops over £25 when buying goods worth £28 but cashier refuses saying it is for chicken when the voucher clearly states that is for the whole shop The scan indicates it works in tender mode, but he scanned it with the shop
