@TLRailUK there is currently no lift or up escalator at St Pancras from platform B. I have a heavy bag but my travel permit is only valid to St Pancras. Is it ok to travel to Finsbury Park where I can use a lift to change to LUL until the access issue at St Pancras is fixed?
@SouthernRailUK I think your information guy at 0749 today in the kiosk needs an attitude adjustment. Curt and angry responses to a customer query about a train because he did not want to look at a diagram. Poor doesn’t even describe the attitude for a genuine question. Poor

Sat stuck on a @TLRailUK train at St Pancras and Farringdon (Network Rail signal issues at Blackfriars). The driver is jovial, and apologetic and informative with his announcements. A real credit to your company. 21:37 FPK - Horsham service [9J65].
Quite disappointed at @southernrailway and @networkrail staff at London Victoria tonight. Lady unwell on concourse. I suggested dignity screens which they said they had but chose not to deploy. Why? The concourse was not busy and staff standing gawping could have got them.

@tfl This 466 bus driver at 07:15 showed such beautiful care and consideration to a pregnant lady this morning with his patience. His driving skills are silky smooth too. Please show him the recognition he deserves.

Shouldn’t have gone to @Specsavers!! Completely wasted my time. Staff cannot give accurate information. Wasted loads of money in travel to get my lenses changed on warranty. One tells me 90mins to change them now when I get there it’s next day? So I have to pay again for travel!!
@ShellStationsUK I’m quite disappointed with the vagueness of this offer. Since it doesn’t apparently apply to all smart water. Also the male member of staff’s egotistical and poor service attitude at Cobham M25 meant I aborted the transaction. Pls retrain him and explain.
@premierinn Are you having problems with your website right now? I have tried several times to arrange a booking and go through the times and payment steps for it to fail with “cannot complete you booking”. Downdetector suggests i am not alone!
Hmmm. @RoyalMailHelp didn’t deliver on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday a tracked 24 item. They ask for a DM and don’t reply to it, is their Twitter team going to keep me waiting a week like my parcel has been?
@RoyalMailHelp really disappointed that a tracked 24 parcel has been almost a week without being delivered. Taking an extra day to get to a mail centre. Out for delivery today and doesn’t show up either. Let’s see if it comes tomorrow. Really putting the snail in snail mail here
