@FordIndiaHelp Thank you for responding. My concern number is 800520642. This concerns a major transmission failure in my Ford vehicle for which I have been quoted nearly ₹5,00,000 for replacement. The vehicle has been regularly maintained and this kind of failure should not occur.

Despite multiple emails seeking diagnostic clarification and status updates, responses were delayed or remained unanswered for extended periods. The repair estimate dated 03 Feb 2026 was issued without providing a clear written diagnostic explanation. Eventually the repair was carried out and full payment was made, but the vehicle had already remained at the workshop for over six weeks. Even after raising the issue formally and through consumer grievance channels, Ford’s responses have largely repeated template statements stating that “there has been no abnormal delay.” Consumers expect transparency, timely communication and accountability from global automobile manufacturers. I hope Ford India reviews this matter objectively and provides a fair resolution.#CustomerExperience #ConsumerRights #FordEcoSport

Customer Alert Extremely disappointing experience with my Ford EcoSport (DL2CBA5103) service at Gautam Budh Ford, sec 5 , Noida. Vehicle was towed by RSA for a starting issue. Initially the workshop claimed timing belt failure and possible engine opening.
