🚨 NEW @FraticelliLab PREPRINT JUST WENT LIVE biorxiv.org/content/10.648… Here, we describe PLSTCs, Soluplus-based expansion cultures of primary mouse *Acute Myeloid Leukemia* Stem Cells. And then we use LARRY barcoding to identify drivers of leukemogenicity and drug resistance!

Starting the week with a postdoc less in the lab and a nice farewell sentence on our office’s board 🥲🤍 Academia is tough when it comes to goodbyes.

Wild paper that just got presented at the @EMBO #EMBOlineage2025 meeting. Crazy stuff. Congrats to the authors for a powerful (pun intended) finding!

Inheritable 'memory' genes drive #cancer drug tolerance, but their discovery in clinical samples is a major challenge. Our new theory, moving away from Luria-Delbruck, detects them from a *single* scRNA-seq dataset! With #ArchishmanRaju led by @suvranil_1 tinyurl.com/4pef8scy

Excited to share our latest work @Nature! We show that the total number of hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs) in the body is restricted, challenging the classical model that HSC numbers are determined locally by the niche and introducing a new paradigm. (1/9) nature.com/articles/s4158…

Just as you start to feel like you've assembled an amazing team, everything is working, and all the projects have something interesting... people start/need to move on to their next career stage... There's no such thing as homeostasis for a PI.
