@O2 Is this a joke? So I have paid in full for an item which was to be a gift, and due to your mysterious dispatch/delivery issues, I am unable to obtain a refund until it's been dispatched? And you won't give me any details about when it will be dispatched either...

@FrazelRazel We'd not be able to cancel an order at this point. Once dispatched you'll be able to return the order for a refund.

@O2 I placed an order on 29th Nov, it was due to arrive on the 3rd Dec. No emails to say it's been dispatched but I have a DHL tracking number which says it's waiting to be collected by the courier? But DHL site says it doesn't exist. Where is my order?
