@FreeNowDrivers yesterday the app blocked me but today I can log in without a problem. There is no option in the app to message you about this.

@baller69562 Hi Dan - if a passenger requests a PHV ride and none are available, the app will offer to change their booking to a black cab and vice versa - however this will only happen if the passenger manually accepts to do so. E @ FREENOW

Hi, @FreeNowDrivers I received this text message this morning and tried to contact you back makes it a bit difficult as you have to go for an email anyway, this customer didn’t want a black cab and requested a minicab, so please make it clear to your customers before booking

@FreeNowDrivers I’ve just had to increase my data plan because your app is draining my plan.. I’ve used 30gb in a week.. I only use 20gb per months.. O2 have said it’s freenow .. what’s going on?

@BC_Lostproperty @TheLTDA @FreeNowDrivers passenger took a cab this morning from 113 Canfield gdns to London hse Avenue rd and she left her bag in the cab. Tried contacting driver but no line and she has your badge number and name. Let’s hope it’s still in cab or been handed in
