🚨 BREAKING: President Trump just ENDED UK PM Keir Starmer's whole career in the Oval Office
*Turns around*: "I'm DISAPPOINTED. You see that man right there? Know who that is? The late, great WINSTON CHURCHILL."
"Unfortunately, Keir Starmer is NOT Winston Churchill." 🔥🔥
The Haribo price gouging at Gatwick south terminal, I just paid £4.69 for a packet of Starmix at #whsmiths only to walk past #boots selling the same product for £2.95.
I’m disappointed in #whsmith
@KiaUK all I can say is shit servicing department, this is the 2nd time for the same reason for two days each time. To be told AGAIN there’s a part, that needs to order.
@virginmedia You wrote a clause into your contract with the knowledge that this could happen. And you implementing it too the letter. That to me is forcing me to pay for something I don’t need!! Where is my right as a customer to get what I paid for?
Thanks for the update on this, with Eurosport we do not control that channel and the owners have chosen to make this part of a subscription service and have advised us of the charges and where it is located going forward. Any dispute regarding this are to be made to the owner of the channel, this is not something that falls under the criteria to break your financial contract with us early where you will not pay and Early Termination Fee. We have tried to make it possible for our customers to retain the loss of this channel but we are limited as with what we can do as we are only a content provider and not creator or broadcaster.
Locked into a contract that doesn’t work for me. Virgin Media won’t me let out of it, in the small print it has a clause that they can change the tv package that I signed 3 months ago & there’s is nothing I can do until renewal #Eurosport .@Ofcom@virginmedia@BBCNews@SkyNews
@virginmedia I understand that you have no control over what the owners of Eurosport do. However the contract that I signed with you, you do. But to lick me into a contract that does not serve the customer and you understand my predicament. I find that just WRONG!
@virginmedia That is not the issue, I signed a contract with you Virgin Media for a bundle which your company put together. I expressly made sure Eurosport was part of the package. Which the customer service representative said it would be.
@virginmedia Part 5: I’ve been a loyal customer never missed a payment and now that something out of both of our control. VM are locking me into a contract that no longer provides me with one of the main elements of the service I signed up. I find this morally wrong.
@virginmedia Part 3: and Virgin couldn’t give it to me free. They then said I could get tnt sport for £10 more a month. I explained that was way above my budget that would be £83 per month. I couldn’t afford that. Rather than us go back and forwarded as you cannot provide me,
@virginmedia Part 2: I definitely didn’t need the sim but to get the deal at that price I had to get the sim.
February I find out that Eurosport is closing down. I never asked Virgin to give me free TNT sport. When I asked for solutions. I was told that I wasn’t a heavy user of Eurosport.
@virginmedia Basically in November I was told that if I got this £73 bundle (Boradband, Tv, landline and sim) I would keep the services I had and my bill would only increase a little bit. Bearing in mind we don’t have a landline and I only needed Eurosport in the tv bundle.
