@samwightt I don't mean to brag, but while I've been in office, TimeOut Magazine named Uptown as the 24th coolest community on the planet, and violent crime is at its lowest rate ever for the 46th Ward. Retail has also grown exponentially, and the Entertainment District has taken off.
