@wizzair are you flying from Castellon to Luton on Friday? This will be the third time we have booked a flight each previous flight has been cancelled with short notice and no reason provided. Yes or no please confirm.

More I talk to players about blackout, more it comes out that the blackout of zkill and dotlan had more impact than local chat blackout. Leads me to think that some kind of information warfare is needed, enabling players to (locally) disrupt ESI for a greater fog-of-war effect.
