@feelunique have emailed you regarding a faulty product and despite getting a standard response back asking me to send photos which I have done 3 times now I still haven’t had a resolution to my issue…please help!

@RoyalMailHelp hi my daughter ordered an item and put the correct street address but incorrect postcode on her order PV366439422GB she has tried ringing but can’t get through on the phone to amend it. She has her uni street address in Newcastle but her home postcode in Cambs 🤦‍♀️

@wizzair @wizzair are you even flying this route? When I check the Wizz Air flights to/from Luton airport Iceland is not a destination. I’m not paying to change and then find that you cancel it as your advice isn’t very clear.

@wizzair hi, my daughter has a flight booked from Iceland on 26 June W9 4498 however this flight number isn’t recognised when I search for an update on its status can you help please? Can she change the date without charge if you aren’t operating this service?

@AlisonDifranco @AlisonDifranco Hi, if the status of the flight is "Confirmed" it'll operate as per the schedule. If she wants to change a confirmed flight and the WIZZ Flex is not added to the booking, the fees for flight change apply - ow.ly/Crlx30qMTAH

@wizzair Hi again @wizzair, how far in advance will you contact her to give her an update on if this flight is running? Will there be a fee to amend it to a different date if you do not contact her?
