So we eat steak at poverty wages and we have houses at poverty wages and have families that are happy at poverty wages. Took me 8 years of making hardly no money investing it all back into the business and paying my employees while I had a plan and just pushed until the business machine started working. My guys make $1000 to $1500 a week and can take off when they want with notice. You can hate. But if you don’t have a business you can shut up.

Tipping used to be for people that made a waitress hourly wage which was under minimum wage because of tips. So now a waitress that is making $12-$15 an hour and still wants full tips. I’m a big tipper but a lot of people just don’t have more than 15% or 20%. If people don’t show up that restaurant closes..
