Contract was up with @skytv after 9 years and price rose from £57 per month to £114 per month. Winback team offered £65 per month but I didn’t accept in time so now back to £114 but just been offered £62 to take same package on sky stream.

What a con @adidasUK @adidas loyalty points are. Just traded lots in for a 15% discount voucher but it doesn’t apply to any of the 7 items in my basket despite saying 15% of full priced items and 5% off sale items. What a #ripoff

@British_Airways @UK_CAA Flight cancelled night before flying out on 1 July. Given reassurance by BA that compensation would be paid promptly. More than 10 weeks later still no response. No contact number and over £3500 out of pocket in cost of living crisis.
