It was lovely to be at the other end of the ‘act of kindness’ in @NtlMuseumsScot , rocking my NASA top (because - SPACESHIP!!), and then a lovely American gave me a @NASA Chief Health and Medical coin! Amazing! Said I might get a drink at the doctors bar! Amazing!

Dr Kas walks through her day as a busy North East GP and gives her thoughts and processes throughout the day. I found it inspiring as a fellow GP and somewhat exhausting! It is though a really useful patient tool to really inform our patients about the behind the scenes.

I felt very bad, I have neglected my secret train fans in light of SystmOne videos. Please don’t leave me, I have managed to put the tree up tonight. The little ones may be big enough now not to destroy the train…. But we will soon find out! Merry Christmas team!
