@GalacticMj The way I've always taken it is that Goku, in a moment of desperation, brute forced a transformation into existence that would allow him to use Ultra Instinct. The transformation itself isn't required inherently, but DBS has shown people kind of just 'create' forms. Like Frieza.

Minato has to use his brain in order to teleport. The time it takes for the brain to be given an action and then execute said action, it’s already too late.

Minato moving at light speed. What you see in Anime is just anime effect for viewer.
That why it annoys me in fanfiction where enemy can break Minato telepprations mid way.
He is either there or not, there is no mid way breaking.
Moving at speed of light mean if your eye can see it, he is already there.

@Ginko52630424 Goku quite literally thought ultra instinct was the silver hair transformation, when in actuality, ultra instinct is granted by the transformation. The transformation is not ultra instinct.
Which is why Goku needs to learn how to use ultra instinct in base

@GalacticMj @JohtenVGC His planet isn’t on the edge of the universe lol it’s not even that far from earth. That wouldn’t even make any sense since dragon ball universes are supposedly “infinite” there’s no edge, and Goku can’t instant transmission that far anyways. It’s at max a galaxy over

@GalacticMj I get this, but why does Whis have to take 26-35 minutes or whatever to travel to earth but Goku can do it instantly? I always just kinda correlated instant transmission is = minato's teleport capabilities but I'm not a power scaler anymore

@GalacticMj No.He couldn't have beaten him even if it was eight thousand because goku's power level was over 8k so anywhere between 8,100-8,999 and he couldn't touch a goku, so I would say bardock was at about 10,000

@GalacticMj I said this could be the case not that it is, gas could still be a normal warrior but just trained like hell.
The only fact here is that DBS bardock's base before evolution was already above the low class. And after evolving it surpassed saiyan limits (stated by gas and DB site)

@GalacticMj Abo and cado have 2 stated power levels, in the present they were compared to namek frieza level, but they were also stated by vegeta as ginyu force level during the past.
So gas in the past could easily be born a mutant just like the elite soldiers that worked for frieza.

Bc he said that only during the training that goku actually surpassed the limitations of saiyan capabilities, this limit is about any base saiyan being at least frieza mutant soldier level or above.

And with 0 forms he already said the attacks of a beyond low class saiyan were like neddles trying to pierce katchin metal.
Then gas transforms 2X and bardock evolves to beat him w/o oozaru
